For the first independent learning project, I chose to make a prezi. Prezi is similar to a powerpoint, but different in the fact that it is much more interactive. It makes you feel like you are taking a journey through the information rather than just having it read to you off a screen. Prezi allowed me to choose from hundreds of different templates and themes to find the perfect match to the material I would be teaching. It gives you the option to add multimedia to the prezi, which can really enhance it.
